Dianne grew up just blocks away from the Florida Capitol and continued to live and raise her family in Tallahassee and the surrounding counties. As a native of this area, she watched many one-lane roads become multi-lane highways, and many fields and pastures become new subdivisions. She knows Tallahassee and the North Florida area very well and enjoys her career as a REALTOR^®.

Attendance at a "Custom Home Building Seminar" sparked Dianne’s decision to obtain her real estate license and pursue a long-time interest in the real estate profession. However, her early years as a REALTOR^® were part-time as she remained focused on family responsibilities and approached retirement from the State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). At AHCA, Dianne held the position of Sr. Personnel Manager in the Bureau of Human Resources where she supervised the administration of payroll and benefits for the agency’s 2000+ employees. Upon retirement, she was recognized for her superior performance in public service to the State of Florida. She says that her experience in the human resources/public service arena was invaluable in her transition to a second career in real estate.

Dianne received her real estate education and training at Tallahassee Community College, Tallahassee Lively Technical School, Florida Mortgage Broker School, Florida REALTOR^® Institute, and the Home Building Institute, Inc. She received her license in 1996. She is a member of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS^®, Florida Association of REALTORS^®, National Association of REALTORS^®, and Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. The Tallahassee Board of REALTORS^® recognizes Dianne as a top producer.

Dianne prefers to be a "hands-on" REALTOR^®; she answers her own phones, shows her own properties, attends home inspections, checks new construction sites regularly, and assures clients she is accessible. She believes that "extraordinary" service is the key that builds relationships with clients.
